Smol dishwasher tablets

I was pretty happy with our dishwasher pods cleaning ability and enjoyed the lovely lemon chemical smell (yes-I know thats wierd) when I emptied it, but I had one of those guilt ridden moments after having our second baby that we were polluting our planet with chemicals and lemon scents and plastics and we needed to try to do something to help save the world. I may have been functioning on about 3 hours total sleep a night with a toddler and a newborn and slightly deranged with post-prtum hormones and sleep deprivation. Instagram clearly read my mind because I was served about a thousand ads for Smol-so I decided to give them a try.

I have to say I was skeptical that they would arrive in one piece (carboard packaging when we live in the north-est of Scotland (where it rains- a LOT) let alone that they would work as well as my preferred brand. To my shock, not only did they arrive completely fine-they worked at least as well as my old brand, if not slightly better. A long, dull and sleep deprived debate between hubby and I decided that the glasses actually came out less streaky with the Smol. I do still miss the lemon chemical smell, but we havnt used anything else since making the switch. We use the subscribe function on the wennsite and its super easy-you do just haave to keep an eye on how many you have left because I find they take about a week to arrive, so although you can schedule deliveries as frequently as you want, I fine our use varies quite a lot (obvs more at Christmas time etc) and I need to make sure I plan ahead and bring a delivery forward. Currently (Jan 26) you can get 108 of our previous pods for £25 so thats about 23p per wash, and Smol are 30 tablets for £6.50, so about 21p per wash, and the pennies add up over time. 5 stars-defintiely worth trying!
